Add Warehouses

Warehouses represent your physical store locations or storage facilities. All inventory is tracked per warehouse, and every purchase and sale is linked to a warehouse.

📚 What Are Warehouses?

A warehouse can be your physical shop, a storage room, a godown, or any location where you keep stock. Key points:

Even if you only have one store, you still need at least one warehouse entry.

📝 Form Fields

Click the "Add" button on the Warehouses page:

Country Dropdown Optional Country where the warehouse is located.

🎯 Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Warehouses from the sidebar menu.
  2. Click the "Add" button.
  3. Enter the warehouse Name (e.g., "Main Store").
  4. Fill in optional contact details if desired.
  5. Click "Save".
  6. Repeat for each store location or storage facility.

Tip

If you have a single shop, just create one warehouse with your store name. You can always add more warehouses later as your business grows.
